MichealTT went ahead and answered this one by putting on a brand new pair of EBC break pads. No more dust.
Foamboy suggests to use anti-static spray which prevents the dust from "sticking" to the wheels.
Otherwise, get out your cleaner and enjoy that new "closeness" to your TT.
