Ok here goes, my wife took my TT to work, later that evening she calls me and says the car wont start. I met with her and she tried to start it so many times till the battery didn't have enough power to start it, so i jump started it with my truck with jumper cables. Next, we swapped cars because she didn't want to drive it home which was close. So as i got in the car and started to drive off, the car just shut off a few yards down the road, i tried to restart the car and nothing, it was trying to start as if the car ran out of gas.

Next I had a mechanic look at it and he determined that the fuel pump was no good, so I brought another fuel pump, and he installed it, once again nothing the car was doing the same thing, next we did a few tests, like seeing if gas was going to the engine and the engine was not getting gas, so we put a meter on the fuel pump power source and determined that the fuel pump was not getting power, so we checked the fuel pump relay and the relay source was good receiving power, so we tried another relay to see if that old one was bad, and the pump still was not getting power.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be the culprit to this problem?
