Me too!! Jim at Champion is a descent advisor (actually told me I didn't need anything done on my 2002 TT when I brought it in the first time -- not even an oil change.)



Next time I brought it in -- a different advisor was there and soaked me for a new Oil pan for $650 because the plug was cross threaded the last time it was serviced (before I bought it).

I'm in Orlando and need to find someone who can figure out my steering issue on my '02 Quattro roadster.  Let me know if you guys know anyone in this area of FL
