Good point. My racks were purchased new, so I received the stock rubber track fillers with them and have them installed whenever I don't have something mounted on the racks. I know often when people by these racks used, they don't get the fillers with them. Did you know that Thule made the OEM racks, and that they use the same filler as the other Audi and VW racks that are still being made, as well as Thule racks? The ones on my TT are exactly the same as the ones on my wife's Jetta. Last time I checked you could by the filler at the VW dealer. You can also mount virtually any Thule accessories on the TT rack, so you don't need to spend $600 for an Audi bike rack unless you really want to.

Sorry, Audi doesn't make them anymore. I found mine on Ebay, from someone who bought them, never installed them, and then sold their TT.
