Gimpy back glass

The glass panel that goes up and down behind your head on my roadster is getting pretty sluggish. Sometimes it won't go up or down at all. It's not an electrical problem as far as I can tell, as it tries to move, but appears to be binding or needs to be lubricated. Any ideas?
Just got an 02' roadster. noticed it bieng sluggish after having it only a few days. It seems to be worse when it is coller out, but occationally doenst go up at allon the first couple tries. I have had it in for service but the dealership swears that "thats how it is supposed to function." I have given up on trying to get them to replace it until it stops working completely. Let me know if you find anything out.
