I hope you get word soon. I sent in the paperwork for mine 2 weeks ago for the future repair of the cluster and no word on that either. I hope they cover someone in Canada that bought a US car over.

Excuse me but do you want to say that the cluster is under warranty ? I have a 2001 roadster and I paid over $900.00 to change it a month ago!

Your TT needs to be less than 6 years old, or you need to have proof that you replaced it or tried to have it fixed within the 6 year period in order to qualify. So most likely you're out of luck. Look back through the posts a few months back to find the thread about the replacement/refund program.
Does any one know what else you can do if your car doesnt meet the settelment criterea. I what to persure a 100% recall of orignial effected parts, I think the law firm did a very poor job of noticing effected parties as well as getting the settlement we all desereve which should be no less then a parts recall. any imput would be great thanks

I just got my replacement paper last week for a repair/replacement of the instrument cluster. Had a Dealer in Seattle replace it yesterday, and everything seems to be working great. Good service too! University Audi. CRC
