Chevron Fuel Injection Cleaner

Hello everyone,


Has anyone tried pouring this stuff into their gas tank during fuel fill ups.


I have an 2001 Audi TT Quattro Roadster.


any ideas would help!

I have been concidering doing the same thing on my 01 TT Quattro, seems like a good idea every once and a while... not every time though. still have not tryed it.

If you buy good gas, you do not need to use fuel injection cleaner often, if at all.  I use a bottle of injection cleaner every 10K miles as preventive maintenance.  I have tried many brands and have gotten engine sensor errors shortly thereafter with most of them.  Not so with the Chevron Techron product.  It is the ONLY additive I now use.

I know someone that works at the Chevron facility where it is made. (Ironically, I once interviewed for a job with Chevron before accepting a position in the Defense industry.)

The additive is present in Chevron gasoline, and not needed if you regularly purchase Chevron gasoline.
