Battery died now top wont move

I have just picked up my car from storage, wont say it was climate controlled but close, it sat for 3 months. Battery was very weak car didnt start so i push started it. Drove it fine home but noticed small things for example obviously radio was on safe mode, but also led light on the door flashes all the time locked or unlocked, car dosent beep when i lock it, and mainly top dosent work, nor the light to the top that let me know it was in motion or that it was open.

Please somebody help me.

Oh and sorry forgot to tell you the specs. 2001 audi tt roadster 225. thaks
