'01 TT roadster. My drivers window won't go up or down (thankfully it is stuck up)  I can hear the contacts clicking but no action.  I have tried the reset procedure. Disconnecting battery, check fuses is dash box, etc. No joy.  Any ideas?

Problem solved!  Thanks for the link.  I took the interior panel off, removed the window motor and verified it operated, lubed the slides (not the tracks that the outer edge of the glass slides in, the tracks that the nylon carriers slide on) and cables, reassembled.  Everything works perfect.  It took about an hour, I could do it again now in 30 minutes.
