Shift HARD from 1st and 2nd gear

Hi all my tt is a auto and it shifts very hard from 1st to 2nd and from 2nd to 3rd also when it down shifts to 2nd and 1st. And when I say hard I mean very hard it feels like the tranny will fall out. But here what weird its fine when its cold this only happens after driving for about 15min. Do I need a new tranny or is this a computer issue?

Also I live in the Dayton Ohio area does anyone know of a good Auti repair shop?
