CD Changer

Just bought my 01 Audi TT 1.8 Quattro a few weeks and I can't seem to be able to remove the CD changer behind the driver seat. It says all I have to do is press and hold on the eject button, but the unit will not remove itself and I'm not sure if there are any other ways of taking it out. Any ideas or suggestions?
Have you checked for a tiny pin hole near the eject button or somewhere on the bottom of the unit face? usually there's one there and all you need is a straightened paper clip. Not sure if it's there I'll look at mine tomorrow and see what I can find. If there is and it still won't come out there's probably a stuck cd and you'll need to pull the whole unit and open it up... FUN!
