Chip? Where is my ECU?

I was interested in chipping my car I have an 02' 225 1.8 quattro.....Where is my ecu located, is it hard to take out?  Do all TT's this year and make have the same number ECU? 


Help!?  I NEED MORE SPEED!!

I ran into someone selling an APR ECU with ecu programs 93 and 100 octane.  He was running it in his 02' 225 Quattro.  I have the same make and model car, should this fit mine?

I would just check with the chip manufacturer.
