Tech Help - Breather system blockage 1.8 180hp 2005 audi TT

Here is another problem that the dealer came up with when I took my car in for service. They said that the breather system components were blocked and needed replaced. here is a list of parts that they said needed replaced.
06A-103-213-BG Tube $108.00
Clips (4) n-102-581-01 12.60
06A-103-247 Housing 12.08
035-103-245-G Valve 25.52
06A-133-751-AF PUMP 184.80
Any of the techs have any idea on this, whether the parts can be cleaned out and reused or do these need to be replaced. Where are these located on the engine
