I received a letter about a class action settlement with Audi that they will replace the center cluster in the dashboard,  if you send in proof that yours was not working during a period of time. I sent in the paperwork but have not received any answer from them, does anyone else have a claim with them, and what has happened so far?

Hey Gary

Did you receive anything back yet? I sent mine in on May 5. I don't know if I can wait any longer....my fuel tank gauge and spedometer are gone completely.

Check the letter you received. Class actions often will have a website to keep claimants informed, view pleadings, rulings, etc. They move very slowly, like months and months.

The hearing was scheduled for May 23rd, but the Web site hasn't been updated to reflect what happened or if the hearing was continued to a later date.
