Where is the Amplifier Located?

Hello,


2002 TT with a sick radio. I am trying to find the amplifier. Anyone know where I can find it?

Coupe or roadster? Locations and removal procedures are different.

Thanks for quick reply. It is a roadster convertable 2002.

Well in that case...

... remove the carpet and storage compartment from the trunk. Unplug the harness connector from the amp. Remove the bracket that holds the amp by removing the 3 mounting nuts. There are 3 more mounting nuts that hold the amp in the bracket. Hope this helps!
