hello there can anyone help me i have 2000 audi tt awd and my remote control doesn't work ..need to know what sort of batter i need 3V or 6V DO I NEED 1 OR 2 BATTERIES OR JUST ONE ??? AND DO I HAVE TO RE-PROGRAMME IT OR NOT ????

It's been a long time since I had to replace mine.  Open it up to see what you need.  It uses those thin round batteries.  If you need to program it, use the instructions in the manual or look it up in Audiworld or Quattroworld forums.  Takes about a minute.
