maintenance related items would you perform? The TT was driven 42K mi.

First owner drove 25K mi in 5 years. The service history during that time is mostly maintenance stuff. Fuses were replaced in 04 and 06.

The second owner purchased as a CPO and added another 17K mi in 1 year and a few months...the service history is unknown.

Would you take this to an Audi dealer for the full service treatment?

What about the battery, would you replace it?

How about fluids?

Were ignition coils a problem with this engine?

Its an awesome car! Road vibration felt in the steering wheel is about the only thing that seems odd.

The car is Black, the clear coat appears smeared.

I would have the haldex done filter/fluid that is if you have a quattro..... brake fluid is to be done every 2 years or 20k miles as is haldex.

I would have the brake pads and rotors checked. and the vibration just may need a couple of anti-sway bar bushings replaced with a four wheel thrust alignment

I would try to find a independent euro mechanic/ VW/Audi ask how much they charge per hour as audi is upwards of $120 per hour plus they charge over MSRP not all but more the less

buy from here http://www.audipartsnationwide.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=searchCatalogOEM&siteid=215503 they have a 800 number just tell them what you need

haldex stuff for maintenance, reg. brake fluid change they will give you the part numbers then go online to order typical shipping $12.95 and you will save LOTS OF $$$$$$$

ask for haldex filter number and the price and then call your local dealer and give them the part number and faint when you here the difference now if you live in CA your screwed

as they do not sell to CA> at those prices you can ask as they have changed

L8R......... Have then check the base of the dipstick tube to see if oil is leaking as the tube often breaks and replace if needed they can check the battery in fact almost

any auto parts store will do this for free they will compare the amps and what is on the battery and let you know if it is way down you might change it I would but buy the best high cranking amps you can get as these computers suck energy....
