Help! Would you pay $14k?

2001 TT Roadster Quattro 6spd 225hp black / baseball.

- Second owner (original in New York, now California)
- Very minor dings and scratches in a couple areas (near fuel cap, wheels curb-scratched, a ding on driver sill) - otherwise looks like new.
- Perfect interior, Bose 6CD, baseball baseball baseball!.
- Carfax reports one fender bender on the back in 2003.
- Drives very nicely (maybe a little rattle on the passenger side somewhere?)
- Timing belt never replaced
- 65K miles
- Not sure whether cluster works properly or not (it looks OK but I don't know how to diagnose cluster problems)

I need to move on this quickly (2 weeks negotiating - end of the rope) so please any help would be appreciated.

$14k seems too low to me. I'd definitely have it checked by a mechanic before you do the deal.

I would for 65K - I paid 13K for a 95K Blue Coupe in great condition -only complaint is I think it needs shocks - I did have the timing belt and water pump done for $800 - many posts here say that you should do it at 65K not the 105K Audi says or risk the unthinkable

This car only has 37000km it still looks new. I just want to know if anyone knows the HP and if the mods are a good package. I cant find the original owner its a trade- in at Jaguar. Price 29500 CDN
