I just took my TT to the dealer because of the engine light. I had the TT chipped with Revo about two months ago.
The dealer put it on the scanner and found two codes existed. PO118 and PO411 (engine coolant temp and secondary air injection). They erased both codes. Is one of these from the Revo? If so, does erasing them mean I'll have to have it chipped again?

hmmm not sure Byron but I would contact Revo to confirm. Dealers can definitely tell that you have chipped your car. When I took my tt to my dealer for warranty maintenance, I would remind them that it was chipped so they know what to expect. Service advisor told me that aftermarket chips are so reliable these days that they don’t void your warranty.

Service advisors are full of shit. DONT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CAR BEING CHIPPED! most likely neither of those codes were caused by the chiping. If you tell them your car has been chipped, that gives them the FULL RIGHT to deny warranty repairs to your vehicle, even if the part that fails was not necesarily caused by the chip.
