Creeking sound when I turn right

My car makes this not so nice creeking sound when I turn the steering wheel right. (It could be at any speed) But doesnt creek when the car is at a stop and I turn the steering wheel. And I think if the bump is hard enough, it will creek too. Does any one know what the problem may be?

Your car needs immediate attention, that could be the tie rods or the whole arm, have it checked or will ruin the entire suspension, that wil cost you over $2500.00 approxm.
