Actually, the ebay products were repairs to your existing cluster. They reman the part for the very problems that you guys are having with the fuel guage. They charge $250.00 for this. Unfortunately, they are not able to fix my problem yet. I guess, I will wait until I can afford to blow some money on buying a new cluster, or just wait until they have the means.

Yes, I did have the same proble, is not just the cluster, TT's have a faulty gas linkk. I would recommend to take it to the AUDI dealer and have done for free. It is a recall. Google recalls for audi TT. Good luck. and do not pay a penny.
I have a failure of the cluster, tach, speedometer, fuel guage and temp. Is this a common problem? What's the estimated repair cost.
