Clutch pedal and clutch travel

Anyone have replacement pedal covers that they love? I find my foot can slip on the clutch when my soles are wet.
And on a different note, maybe this is a stupid question, but is it possible to shorten the travel distance of the clutch (somehow mess with the linkage?). While I'm fairly comfortable, I find that with my short legs the accelerator is really too close when I'm positioned properly to fully depress the clutch.
