Turbo Cool Down

Any sugestions on the best cool down procedure for the turbo. I know the 225 has a electric coolant pump that runs after shut down which is good for those quick gas stops off the highway but is not something I want to depend on day to day.
Thanks much, Geoff

P.S. Just installed a Milltech cat back today, nice deep powerful sound.

Very cool about the Milltech. I used to have a mp3 of a Borla around here somewhere.

As for Turbo cooling... The FAQ below could help.

Way back (in my younger years) my friend and I used to argue about what he should do to cool down his 1991 Toyota Supra Turbo. He used to let it idle for a few minutes than give it little gas to "clear the plugs". I thought it was hooey.

Now, I let mine idle a few minutes to cool it down if I have been driving hard.

Must mean Milltek! (http://www.milltek.co.uk/) At least I hope!
LOL -- Milltech makes parts for earthmoving equipment.

Yes, cat back with resonator. Low volume & low frequency, a little more bark than stock but not to loud and easy to live with. With the back of the car on ramps it took about 1 1/2 hours to install. Very nice piece and well made.
Jake, thanks for suggestion on the cool down.

Again, thanks
Geoff
