Shoot me an email if you are interested I have two bike racks with the oem racks.  They were my mother-in-laws she sold the car years ago and I am getting rid of these for her.  I sold them on ebay about two months ago and the jerk that paid over 500 bucks for it had a case of buyers remorse. Since it was a no return auction he decided instead of calling me to work something out he would just tell ebay it was broken and return it that way.  Well long story short it worked for him not for me. I had to refund the money. I was out the shipping and to top it off when I got it back he had broken three of the locking tabs off the roof racks.  I do believe that you can still lock the tabs down after installing the rack it was just an ignorant thing to do.  Also he kept the keys.  I ordered new keys and they are on the way.
